Welcome to the Fort Lewis College Student Housing & Conference Services Student Staff Application. We're thrilled that you're interested in applying for a Resident Assistant or Summer Staff position.

The entire application is completed online via a simple form. Please take a few moments to look through the FAQ section and the job descriptions for the positions of interest to you. It is important for you to understand the commitment, both in terms of the process and the position. The links to the left provide details of each position including qualifications, typical responsibilities and remuneration.

Being a Resident Assistant (RA), Adventure House Coordinator (AHC), Conference Assistant (CA), or part of the Summer Crew is a rewarding experience. As part of the Student Housing & Conference Services staff you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance leadership and communication skills, promote and support diversity through student and guest interactions, assist students with the transition to campus life, and make friendships that will last a lifetime! Application Compatibility Note

There are some known issues with Internet Explorer 7 and the Resident Assistant Employment Application. If you are running Internet Explorer 7, we recommend you do one of the following:
