You or +1 could be a great fit to sublet my 2 bed, 2 bath condo through the summers (tentatively from May 25 - August 1), when I'd be traveling. The apartment is a 2-minute drive from FLC, very tidy and furnished, and you are welcome to use the furniture/cooking utensils as you need/wish. Also, if you choose to be here, you can utilize the FREE parking spot allocated to the condo. There are also several guest parking available for free, that can be used. Since profit-making is not my goal, I am most interested in subletting to someone tidy and disciplined and appreciate this subsidized housing during the summers. I will continue paying for the internet, water, and sewer via the HOA; thus, those items will also be FREE for you. The Durango Transit bus stop is right by the condo and has an adjacent gas station. If interested, I am happy to give a virtual or in-person condo tour at a mutually convenient date and time.
