The house has 2 bedrooms, ~950 sq ft. It's on the smaller size, but very cute. We have a great deck and yard, with a sizable storage shed out back. Full kitchen supplied! If you have your own bedroom furniture, what I have set up can be stored (or vice-versa). Also has on-site laundry! Wifi, electricity, and gas are separate but pretty low. All other utilities included in rent. I have a dog and a cat. We are pet friendly provided we can make introductions before we make things official. There is an attached storage space that’s great for any gear! It’s very close to FLC and has great walkability.
