I am a staff member at Fort Lewis College looking for a reasonably priced rental in-town, preferably near FLC (the Grid, Test Tracks, library areas). Details: No pets, Non-smokers, All tenants are mid- to late-20s young professionals, Ideal move-in date is September . Looking for: 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom (2 tenants), in-unit laundry, bike/gear storage space. Additional Options: I have several friends also working in Durango interested in combining efforts to find a nicer rental. 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, 3+ bedroom / 2+ bathroom with bike/gear storage space.
