I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease (or sign a new lease) for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located in a quiet triplex near downtown Durango. The triplex is located in a residential neighborhood - 602 E 1st St. Unit 1. The lease runs through May 2026, and I rent through Harmony Real Estate. This unit has a private entrance, fenced backyard, and shared laundry machines (NOT coin operated) located in the garage on the property. It is extremely close to downtown. Off street parking in front of the house. Pets allowed with approval from the property manager.
