Seeking part-time front office support at Durango Kids Pediatric Dentistry. Days offered are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and occasional Fridays. We are open to work with your school schedule to meet office needs. The length of this position runs through the end of the semester, and ideally can continue on. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am-5:00 pm and Fridays 8:00am-12:00 pm. Mandatory staff meetings occur one Wednesday a month from 12:00-2:00pm. Responsibilities include upholding community rapport, customer service, answering phones, scheduling, managing communication programs and patient correspondence, medical record transfers, dental software navigation and quality data inputs, financial transactions, quality communication with customers and team.
