About the Family: We are looking for a reliable, energetic nanny for our son, who is 10 months old. My husband is working from home, and we are looking for someone who can provide a stable, stimulating environment for our son. Schedule: * Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays * Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM (this is ideal, but we are flexible) * Total: 16 to 24 hours * Stability: We offer guaranteed hours and are looking for a long-term commitment. Responsibilities: * Infant Care: Full daily care including nap management, diapering, and safety. * Developmental Play: Engaging in floor play (sitting/crawling/standing practice), reading, and outdoor walks. * Solids: Helping with the continued introduction to solid foods (food prep and high-chair cleanup). * Nanny Duties: Light tidying of baby-related items (cleaning bottles, baby laundry, nursery organization). Requirements: * Proven experience with older infants (10-18 months). * Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and solid-food safety. * Non-smoker and CPR/First Aid certified. * Excellent, verifiable references from families with infants. * Must be comfortable with a background check
