Dapple is a 3 year old border collie cattle dog mix and frisbee champion with a great sense of humor. She is looking for an agility partner who has an active lifestyle – someone who enjoys exploring and finding new activities to keep her busy. She is house- and crate-trained, and knows the names of many of her toys and games. She has been good with most dogs she’s met if introduced slowly. She has been to dog daycare and has played with other dogs at a sitter’s. Dapple has been good with the kids she has met, but she is a herding dog and should be with older children or in a child-free home. She is spayed and current on vaccines. She currently lives in NY with our former Advancement friend and colleague, Hillary Cote. She will arrange transport and thinks she'll be an amazing mountain dog, whether on a ranch or farm, or simply as an active pup spending time on the go with an active pup-parent.
