Hi! I’m looking for someone to take my room in a nice cabin style house, about 15-20 minutes from downtown. There are three very fun and kind female roommates, and three super sweet kitties. The yard is incredible, it is basically a private ponderosa forest that backs up to perin’s peak wilderness area. Water and electricity are included in rent, gas is usually paid twice a year or so. WiFi is also not included, but snow removal is. We are all flc students, so looking for someone preferably early/mid thirties and younger, and preferably female or nb, but still open!
