Heat, water, and trash are paid for. So, the electric bill does not go up in the winter. No security deposit is required. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium with a bump out sunroom located at 1135 Florida Rd Durango, Colorado in the Terrace Gardens complex right down the street from J-Bo’s Pizza on Florida Rd. Covered parking for tenants and spots for guests. There is a bus stop half block away with an early morning shuttle service to Fort Lewis College. Roommate needs to be responsible, clean and who likes a quiet environment because I am a male student at Fort Lewis College in their senior year.
