You or +1 can be a great fit to sublet my fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath condo for two months during the summers (tentatively from May 15 - July 15), when I'd be traveling. I am interested in subletting to tidy, disciplined, non-smoking, non-partying individuals. The condo is a 2-minute drive from FLC, very tidy and furnished, and you are welcome to use the furniture/cooking utensils as you need/wish. Utilities (gas, electicity, and internet) will be additional, and the costs are relatively lesser during the summer months, but depends on the usage. I will continue paying for the water, and sewer via the HOA fees; and thus, those items will also be FREE for you. Unfortunately, per the HOA policies pets are not allowed for tenants. Also, if you choose to be here, you can utilize the FREE parking spot allocated to the condo. There are also several guest parking available for free, that can be used. The Durango Transit bus stop is right by the condo and has an adjacent gas station. Happy to give a virtual or in-person condo tour at a mutually convenient date and time.
