He only needs the space 2-3 days each week and is looking for someone to split the cost, as he pays on a month by month basis. He pays $400, so is looking for someone to pay $200/month. The private office has a desk, chair, monitor, and additional storage/shelving that you would have access to. This is a great space with about 8-10 members, typically with 3-4 people showing up each day.
