Runs, has some trouble starting up from collecting dust, cooling system has a problem reading the temps so turns the fan on high, the problem could be with thermal paste between the cup and heat intake. There aren't any covers, which were damaged while I took them off to clean dust out of the pc. Has all original parts. Before selling id have to erase my programs and files, also reset it im sure.
