Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease (or sign a new lease) for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located in a quiet triplex near downtown Durango. The triplex is located in a residential neighborhood. The lease runs through May 2026, and I rent through Harmony Real Estate. This unit has a private entrance, fenced backyard, and shared laundry machines located in the garage on the property. It is extremely close to downtown. Off street parking in front of the house. Dogs and cats allowed with approval from the property manager.
