You could be a great fit to sublet my 2 bed, 2 bath condo at Silverpeaks Apartments (a 2-min drive from FLC) through the summers (May 1 - August 15), when I'd be traveling. The apartment is tidy, and furnished and you are welcome to use the furniture/cooking utensils as you need/wish. Also, if you choose to be here, you can utilize the FREE parking spot allocated to the condo. I will continue to pay for the internet, water, and sewer via the HOA, and thus, those items will be FREE for you too. The Durango Transit stand is right by the condo, and there's also an adjacent gas station. Since profit-making is not my goal, I am most interested to sublet my apartment to someone tidy at a subsidized price. I am mostly available during the evening, after classes – after 4:00 – 4:30 PM any day, just in case you'd like to swing by and have a look at this abode.
